Understanding Your V-Bank

V-Bank Configuration

The number of V-shaped media packs inside the filter.
More V-shaped media packs provide greater filtration surface area within a compact frame.

Media

The filtration material that captures airborne particles. Available options include Fiberglass, Synthetic, Carbon Micrograde, and Blended 50/50 to meet different filtration needs.

Frame

The outer structure that supports and protects the filter media. All configurations use a durable ABS Plastic frame.

V-Bank filter construction

Why Choose a 12×24×12 V-Bank Filter?

The 12×24×12 V-Bank configuration packs more filtration media into a compact footprint, providing high dust-holding capacity while supporting the airflow demands of commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

  • More media area, lower pressure drop
  • Fewer changeouts, lower fan energy
  • MERV 11-16 & activated Carbon
  • 2V, 3V & 4V configurations
  • Mechanical media, so efficiency holds for the filter’s life
  • Built for demanding conditions
    Up to 70°C operating temperature
